Service Booking and Cancellation Policies

BarberCraft is dedicated to providing exceptional grooming experiences. To ensure consistency and respect for our barbers' time and other clients, we maintain the following booking and cancellation policies:

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments are confirmed via email or SMS. We encourage clients to review their details carefully.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services. Online bookings may require pre-authorization or a deposit.
  • Service Modification: Any requests to modify your service (e.g., changing from a haircut to a beard trim) should be communicated as soon as possible to ensure barber availability.

These policies allow us to manage our schedule effectively and serve all clients with the quality and attention they deserve.

  • Service Outcomes: We aim to meet your expectations, but exact service outcomes can vary based on individual hair type, skin condition, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results beyond professional execution.
  • Limitation of Liability: BarberCraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to your barber prior to service. Failure to do so may affect the suitability of certain services.
  • Insurance Coverage: BarberCraft maintains appropriate professional liability insurance. For personal items, we advise clients to take precautions, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal effects.
